OBJECTIVE
-Activate the CLEAR brand experience, showcasing the products, services, & pricing.
-Reach out to consumers in their natural habitat, beyond store traffic.
SOLUTION
This campaign was unique in that we needed to penetrate the existing mobile internet market while at the same time establishing a new sector of that market. Our client’s product was unique in and of itself, and we determined that in order to successfully launch our client’s product and compete for sales, their product needed to be (A) explained to the customer and (B) demonstrated to the customer.
The CLEAR Mobile Showroom invaded the streets of Chicago on a mission to bring the future of the internet to Chicagoans. From the Baseball Games to Music Festivals and Parades, the BobCar could be spotted all over town informing customers of the wireless 4G CLEAR Network. The team had great success supporting the national retailer channel with visits to Best Buy locations. We also developed relationships with authorized retailers, supporting special events sich as grand openings and neighborhood activities. The collaborative efforts yielded tremendous program achievement.
RESULTS
In 12 weeks (180 active days), over 1,500 plans were sold at CLEAR & big box retailers as a result of the BobCar Mobile Showroom presence. Moreover, we hit 350,000 combined weekly impressions.
